Outside of my professional commissioned work and personal film projects, I have also long since written several short stories and worked on a few novels over the years of varying genres, styles and subject matter.

Future Tense
SCIENCE FICTION · FIRST PERSON · NOVEL (WIP)
A work-in-progress I started on in my spare time that soon expanded into a full novel idea.
The story follows a nameless narrator living in Metro Manila, the Philippines in the year 2074, working as a "starmaker", a digital artist specializing in creating virtual celebrities, actors and actresses, singers and internet personalities, when he finds himself stalked by an entity that seems to anticipate his every move.
The Calevarian
FANTASY · THIRD PERSON · NOVEL (WIP)
A work-in-progress fantasy trilogy inspired by Finnish mythology and folklore.
The story follows a young girl, Ronya, with the ability to read minds, in the forest kingdom of Calevia, threatened with the yoke of tyranny by the encroaching Empire. When her widowed father is murdered by a Routzian lord, Ronya sets out to join a band of outlaws to enact her vengeance.
The American Spy
HISTORICAL FICTION · EPISTOLARY · NOVEL (WIP)
A long gestating screenplay project I decided to refashion into an epistolary historical fiction novel.
A CIA operative in charge of an exfiltration mission in East Germany in 1988 goes AWOL and the Inspector General of the CIA sets out to track him down. What follows is an account of the mysterious operative's career through the latter stages of the Cold War as the dogged investigator examines his file.
